immediate (implant) gratification
Gee I don't know Ross, the reflective surface on #9 seems slightly smaller than #8. Maybe a lab could have done it better or you are just getting a bit lazy.Â
Outstanding work as always. Well done
beautiful case and well presented. the surface of the new crown on #9 is amazing but the tissue is my favorite part. if you placed an immediate temporary on the implant, how did you manage the grafting around the implant?

you'd have to do cartoons, then, LOL
On this case, I just grafted the gap with FDBA. You can see the particulate on the immediate periapical. I intentionally undercontour the abutment contour slightly, so the sutures are just to hug the tissue around the abutment and seal in the graft material since there's no membrane.
Beautiful case, Ross. Awesome.
That said, am I the only one that's confused how the two implant plan and guide morphed into a single implant treatment??? I'm with Farhad. I like pictures a LOT. But, I think I need some conTEXT... lol

No... had the same thought. Maybe guarded optimism about the restorability of 8? Whatever happened, excellent work and visuals as usual
