Dr. James Taylor graduated from Newcastle Dental School, UK, in 1996 and competed The Royal College of Surgeons membership exams in 1998 has have been in General Dental Surgery ever since.

Dr.Taylor's undertake extensive on-going professional development and training, allowing me to offer multiple types and wide ranging multi-disciplinary dental care.

Establishing ‘the dentist’, a new purpose built, multi-disciplinary Private Dental Practice in 2019, we were award the ‘Best New Practice’ at the 2019, Private Dentistry Awards, December 2019.

With Certificates in Restorative Dentistry (BARD),Occlusion, Aesthetics and Restorative Dentistry (BARD), Orthodontics (Warwick University) and Dental Implantology (Warwick University), I have a very wide skill envelope which continues to expand.

He has a keen interest in 3D CBCT guided aligner treatments, self- ligation fixed appliance therapy and non-extraction orthodontic management with arch expansion.

He is the UK Clinical Expert for Suresmile, and Key Opinion Leader for Dentsply PrimeScan and Cerec CAD CAM Dentistry.

Dr.Taylor has lectured internationally for both Dentsply and others, Completing a Suresmile Lecture programmes in the UK and Europe and most recently speaking at European Aligner Congress. He has also recently provided a Suresmile webinar series and 1-2-1 training sessions for UK clinicians,

With experience in commercial and residential development and construction, I also spend my time as Main Contractor and Developer for numerous large residential and commercial developments in the UK.

Dr.Taylor believes in a good work life balance, clinically working 3 days per week and allowing me to follow other interests and pursue fitness, and travel.
