Kristine Aadland I love CERASMART for these applications. Here is a 20 year old who came in post ortho and post previous bonding that he had done when he was 14 year old. The bonding was starting to breakdown and I have no doubt it was because the spacing was so large. I hate to cut down teeth if I don't have to and wanted to be really conservative so I decided to so a prepless veneer.

There are some compromises on a case like this but I can live with it. Yes, #9 is a little too wide compared to #8 but the space on the left side was a lot larger so I had to hide it somewhere. I don't love that the laterals are a little thick and facially inclined. I would have loved to tuck them back in lingually a touch, but with his bite on the left side this was tricky and again, without prepping for space it is what I gave up. adding some texture and composite colors really add some fun layers to these cases. He was really happy. His gums no longer bleed and they feel more stable to him. He was most excited with the fact that he didn't have to get numb!!!!
