Sameer Puri D.D.S. A few weeks back I uploaded this case. The tissue was beat up by an old PFM restoration. You can see the blog HERE. Restoring the tooth in a single visit was just not possible due to the amount of bleeding there was.
Well, some of you asked for a healed shot of the tissue. The final restoration has not been placed. This is still the provisional restoration while we wait for the patient to bleach her teeth a bit more. But you can see the incredible improvement in the health of the tissue in just a few weeks. We will most likely restore this with an Empress or Vita restoration once we are ready to place the final restoration in two weeks.
Even though you can restore with CEREC in a single visit, there are times where you should probably wait. Let the tissue get to ideal and then take your final impression in a healthy and clean environment.
