Course Description

This 44-year-old patient presented with tooth #9 fractured subgingivally on the facial with inflamed tissue. The evaluation revealed that the fracture extended to the osseous crest. The patient was informed that an extraction and immediate implant was one treatment option. The other was a closed (flapless) crown lengthening followed by a post and core and crown. Crown lengthening was performed using Solea.
